This role is required to provide customer care, manage global B2B transactions in terms of order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated to customers timely. In addition to build positive relationships with key stakeholders namely customers, sales, business developers, operations, quality teams and suppliers/factories.

Job scopes:

  • Provide excellent customer service by efficiently processing orders.
  • Work with the operations team and suppliers to address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Oversee the entire order process from receipt to shipment, keeping customers updated.
  • Ensure production and delivery deadlines are met.
  • Update customer and forwarder portals with order details and changes.
  • Prepare reports and keep documentation organized.
  • Quickly escalate critical issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Supply Chain or related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in communicating with B2B clients or regional stakeholders
  • Experience in managing shared mailboxes in Outlook is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Good verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer oriented mindset, Meticulous and organized, possess the ability to work independently and pro-actively
