JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a good rapport with the customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and follow up business deals.
  • Prepare quotations, track delivery progress, manage goods returns, and handle commercial agreements in line with company policies.
  • Carry out action plans like making regular calls/visits, taking orders, and sales monitoring to reach sales targets.
  • Provide insights on competitor activities and products by updating the competitor report.
  • Be alert to changes in market trends and keep management updated accordingly.
  • Respond to customer feedback and ensure follow-up on resolving customer complaints.
  • To prepare reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance sales workflows, sales strategies, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and collect payments from customers timely.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business processes.
  • For export must be familiar with shipping documentation, processes, and incoterm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG particularly in Food/Beverage industry and knowledge of international/export trade is an advantage
  • Having experience in handling Food Service Distributorship is highly desirable.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent in English (as candidate needs to liaise with overseas market)
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving the sales target.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP/SAP System
  • Resourceful, trustworthy, results-oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel both locally and overseas independently.
