Job Description

To perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, overtime payment, claims etc.

To ensure accurate, timely salary pay-out and compliance with all statutory requirements regarding monthly contribution, deductions, and payment submission.

To attend to Payroll Queries Promptly.

To generate monthly pay slips and prepare monthly payroll report.

To keep all workers’ records for audit purposes.

To collect and verify timesheet data and payroll information.

To perform payroll reconciliations.

To conduct procurement, raise PO, follow up and check DO, and liaise with Suppliers.

To perform office administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma with experience in related field.

At least 3 years of working experience in payroll, preferably in an organization with more than 500 workers.

Well-verse in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and ability to generate detailed reports.

Able to work independently.

Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Strong numerical skills, meticulous, conscientious, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Candidate must be willing to work at Kuchai Lama in Kuala Lumpur.
