The Maintenance Assistant Manager will manage the day to day co-ordination on specific projects to meet datelines accurately.

Responsibilities include:

  • To coordinate the reporting, rectification and completion of maintenance items for TCRS Group restaurants using our existing reporting systems.
  • To lead a team of Junior Executives to delivery both reactive and preventive maintenance resolutions on a timely basis.
  • To plan and follow up regular maintenance schedules of outlets for key items (e.g. gas piping, ovens, stoves)
  • To provide troubleshooting for outlet maintenance items and better understand issues in order to support their repair and maintenance
  • Coordinate with 3rd party contractors to carry out maintenance works including the the application of work permits, reviewing quotations and issues purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Proactively development and build new maintenance related processes to improve on equipment downtime and impact to operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating maintenance requisition both internally and with 3rd party contractors until issue resolution.
  • Possess technical and troubleshooting knowledge (e.g have experience and understanding of basic repair of retail and restaurant equipment). This background knowledge will be key to help in troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with MS Excel and Outlook and Word.
  • Understand the flow of service delivery and ensuring service levels (SLA) are set and delivered upon.
  • Strong follow up skills to ensure issue closure.
  • Able to understand and explain technical issues to stakeholders that are not technically proficient.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a technical field.
