Job Responsibilities
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting letters, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Director.
- To provide full secretarial and administrative service.
- Organize business trip & travel along with Director.
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Director.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain the strictest confidence in P&C documentations.
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
- Proficient in protocols & etiquette.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree qualification with at least 5 years working experience as Personal Assistant.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information.
- Able to work independently, an energetic personality with can do attitude.
- Able to speak and write in 3 languages – Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin as basic tool communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Accounting knowledge is required.
- Property Handling, Marketing & HR knowledge will be added advantage.
