Job Description

- Provide overall administrative support to senior management team

- Handle documentation, filing, scheduling and office management

- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes

- Liaise with Regional Office and relevant parties on administrative matters

Job Requirements

- Diploma or degree in any field

- At least 1 year working experience

- Proficient in English and Mandarin as you need to liaise with mostly Mandarin speaking stakeholders

- Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoints, Excel, Words & etc

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
