  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a proactive Leasing Executive to join our team at Kompleks Karamunsing, reporting directly to the Leasing and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will drive leasing activities for our retail and commercial spaces, ensuring high occupancy and strong tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure tenants for retail and office spaces.
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Conduct property viewings and maintain tenant relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitive rental rates.
  • Monitor lease renewals and manage the extension process.
  • Resolve tenant inquiries and issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Experience in leasing for a mall and knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
