- To supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works to ensure all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures.
- To be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of the execution architectural works in accordance with the contract and construction drawings.
- To liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve any discrepancies in the consultant's drawings.
- To conduct inspection and reporting of execution and installation completed by contractors.
- To ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conform to the required standard;
- To ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan.
- To ensure adherence to the document control procedure.
- To issue memo to contractors for non-compliance with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings, and Specifications.
- To identifying potential problems and delay at the site, and report regularly to the superiors on the progress of works.
