DIE-CAST ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Improve, measure and control performance trends as well as taking corrective action or preventive action when necessary.
• Manage all production related activities and ensuring that they are operated within defined procedures and standards.
• Train and motivate the production workforce to achieve production schedule, quality and targets.
• To assist the operation engineers in the daily management of production process, safety, manpower planning and also involved in the improvement of the production efficiencies through productivity gains & cost reduction programs.
• To do commissioning of new die.
• Diagnose die failures and prevent casting defect from recurring.
• To perform any other jobs or duties as when required by superior.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be posses Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/professional Degree or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of Managerial position in Die Casting Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Die Casting, Inspection and Manufacturing process.
• Preferably Professional or Manager specialized in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding of the Quality Management such as ISO9001 Standard Implementation and working methodology.
• Strong Leadership and personal.
