Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for managing trade performance, specifically focused on achieving the volume and revenue targets set by management.
  • Focused on building and consistently managing daily sales routines, with the goal of achieving and surpassing both individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Identify, develop, and target new customers through effective daily sales calls and telemarketing efforts to expand the customer base, while simultaneously maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships to ensure continued support.
  • Develop and implement a pre-planned sales call strategy to achieve more effective results and maximize outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a client database by documenting current developments through pre- and post-sales visit reports.
  • Liaison with Trade Management on pricing negotiation along with constant market update, market studies and competitors’ activities to principal.
  • Coordinate with the Capacity Management team to ensure up-to-date figures and accurate booking projections, aiming for full utilization.
  • Obtain and target valuable sales leads with key information, and share these insights with the respective POL/POD teams to secure business opportunities.
  • Promote e-commerce solutions to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Welcome Fresh Grads)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay (Excellent communication in Mandarin and Cantonese due to business needs. )
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and other system applications.
  • Ability to work independently.
