Purpose of role:

This role is responsible and requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends for MY, effective marketing strategies, and a keen eye for optimizing the omnichannel experience such as Watsons, Guardians and Caring.

Responsibilities include:

i)E-marketplace Management:

•Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the company's presence on e-marketplaces, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

•Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory levels across multiple online channels to maximize sales and profitability.

•Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve performance and enhance competitiveness.

ii)Omnichannel Integration:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate online channels seamlessly and develop strategies to provide a cohesive and personalized shopping experience for customers, driving engagement and loyalty.

iii)Performance Analysis and Optimization:

•Utilize analytics tools and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of online channels, omnichannel initiatives, and O2O campaigns.

•Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure success, and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and ROI.

•Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations

iv)Partnership Management:

•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with e-marketplace partners, online platforms, and third-party service providers, including Watsons, Guardian, and other relevant channels.

•Collaborate with partners to explore joint marketing opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve issues effectively to drive mutual growth and success.

Who are you?

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

•Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or personal care industry.

•In-depth knowledge of e-marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other relevant online channels, including their features, trends, and best practices.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

•Leadership experience, with a track record of driving results, fostering teamwork, and developing talent.

•Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry developments.
