Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive/Manager at TECH3. The role involves driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. While the role is based in Puchong, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategy development, Client relationship management, and Revenue generation skills
  • Experience in driving sales initiatives and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and technology trends
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

What’s a typical day as a Sales Executive/Manager?

  1. Be responsible for providing sales support and leadership in creating and delivering customer service and commercial proposals to meet a customer’s business needs.
  2. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction and provide the deepest level of product and technology-integrated solutions.
  3. Participate in deep-dive discussions and gather information about customers’ business and technical needs and assess customers' current IT infrastructure
  4. Translates the proposal into a solution view to address the problem statement.
  5. Collaborate with the Product Business Manager, Technology Consultants, and Technical Services teams in developing and communicating key value propositions and negotiation points for a specific product set and technology.
  6. Deliver compelling and convincing presentations addressing specific requirements and expectations.
  7. Responsible for updating pipeline information and accurately reflecting the area of responsibility to ensure nurturing of all deals and constant movement of opportunities to close.
  8. Facilitate a smooth transition from sales requirements to, solution proposal, and implementation by orienting the appropriate teams.

What is needed to be successful?

  1. Good at collaborating, communicating and making things happen.
  2. Possesses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other Business Administrative field.
  3. Ability to converse and articulate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Good in demonstrating problem-solving solutions skills in addressing customers' problems & challenges.
  5. Keen on demonstrating excellent consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, whiteboarding, storytelling etc.
  6. Good in client account management and would value add if experienced in customer service.
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Junior position.
