Your duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:

  • Welcoming customers and visitors professionally with excellent manner at all times.
  • Manage the enquiries through phone calls, whatsapps, emails or other channels promptly and professionally.
  • Handle and liase with customers request and appointment arrangement.
  • Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers loyalty.
  • Ensure customers safety and comfort with a smooth flow of customers care.
  • Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Responsible for proper documentation including scanning, filing, and mailing.
  • Responsible for payment collection and receipt issuance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and/or other departments if needed to encourage a positive working environment.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior/management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is compulsory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
