- JOB LOCATIONS: KL, Penang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growing the Mortgage business, cross-selling retail banking products, and referring potential Premiers customers to Premier Relationship Bankers or Managers.
• To lead the Personal Banking proposition to ensure opportunities are identified and customer needs are met effectively, maximizing all available resources.
• Constantly identify new strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold calling, attending sales launches/roadshows, referrals & inquiries, etc.
• Participate, plan, and support sales activities such as marketing visitation/appointment, sales presentation on mortgage and refinancing.
• Ensure best sales practices and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma or Degree is encouraged to apply for this role.
• Accept SPM holder preferably someone who has experience in mortgage products or banking sales.
• Proven ability in customer relationship management.
• Ability to analyze financial priorities and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs.
• Excellent sales management skills and excellent understanding of customer needs.
