Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee program. This 6-month rotational program will provide you with comprehensive exposure to different facets of our business, including Operations, Marketing, and Product Management. You'll spend 2 months in each department, learning from industry experts and gaining hands-on experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in a department that aligns with your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations (2 Months): Assist in day-to-day operations, including project management, quality assurance, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth game launches and ongoing service management.
Marketing (2 Months): Contribute to marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and community engagement. Help develop and execute promotional activities to increase game visibility and player engagement.
Product Management (2 Months): Support the product team in game development, feature design, and player feedback analysis. Participate in product roadmap planning and collaborate with development teams to bring new features to life.
Requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field.
Passion for Gaming: A deep interest in video games and the gaming industry.
Eager to Learn: Strong desire to develop skills across different business functions and departments.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
