Implementation of the plant’s overall preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Responsible for developing quality strategy, policies, processing standard and ensure it is maintained to company’s QMS.
Ensure the factory operation is in compliance with the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) best practices and all local regulations and by-laws.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 10-15 years of experience, out of which 3 years should have been as a Senior Manager.
Possess strong technical background with extensive knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of plants and equipment and project management.
Extensive experience in Presentation, Project Planning, New Start-up, Management, Influencing, Conflict Management, and Mentoring.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and motivational skills.
Skills to help analyse reports and research data on trends
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level.
Proven ability at developing high performance teams and high potential employees.
Ability to lead and participate on high performing cross-functional teams and get results through others.
Must be familiar with food safety quality management system and regulatory requirement.
Must be familiar with current trends, practices and metrics.
