Overview:

The Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager performs and directs overall store management. Responsible for inventory, money control systems, food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, safety and security of the restaurant. In charge of recruiting, training and supervises the staff training program. May contact prospective customers to promote sales. Responsible for local marketing initiatives and may contact prospective customer to promote sales. Exceptional customer service and leadership quality is a major component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and post staff work schedules
  • Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual
  • Analyzes business records to increase sales
  • Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards,
  • Supports local and national marketing initiatives
  • Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed
  • Recruits, manage & rewards staff as needed
  • Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales. Plans special events and promotions
  • Completes on coursework on the University of SUBWAY as directed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Min Diploma qualification
  • For Restaurant Manager role, min 2 years of relevant experience in QSR and in a supervisory role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for the Manager in Training (MIT) position
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving skills and result oriented
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people
  • Matured and shows good leadership skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy and high integrity
