We are actively seeking a dynamic and talented individual for the position of Software Support Executive. The candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting our clients in the day to day operations of our HR Software solution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide training to clients on the operational usage of our HR solution
  • To undertake requirement study to understand the needs and objectives of the client.
  • Providing ongoing post-implementation client support to address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the entire project duration, regularly updating them on implementation progress, addressing concerns, obtaining feedback, and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Conducting periodic review meetings to discuss project status, resolve any emerging issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project timeline with clearly defined milestones and regularly updating of project status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Training and continuous guidance on KaiZenHR Software will be provided to successful candidate to enable them to perform the job responsibilities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Knowledge in HRIS/Payroll System is an added advantage
  • Preferably with past working experience in IT / Software environment
  • Proficient verbal and written communication (English)

Salary:

The salary offered for a position will be determined by the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

Working Hours and Location :

  • Official Working Hours - Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm)
  • The employee will be working fulltime onsite at KaiZenHR's office (Plaza Mont Kiara, KL)
