Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all electronic hiring process.
  • Handle HR administrative functions.
  • Participate in recruitment activities i.e. career fair, career talk, etc.
  • Support on HR management regulations and related policies of business departments based on the actual business of the department.
  • Under the guide to use the professional knowledge of the domain to coordinate related resources and carry out the work of one or several modules such as recruitment, competency and qualification, people-job matching, and organization management of business departments.
  • Support the organization communication and climate improve in department.
  • Support the department Talent management, support manager to plan the talent structure and implement the talent strategy of the department, build the talent pool through the learning and training coaching the staff with manager.
  • Perform others routine HR basic operations support as when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of studies is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have professional knowledge in the business domain or HR domain.
  • Well -rounded working knowledge of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, compensation etc.
  • Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Familiar to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
