We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Outsourcing Manager to join our firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to our diverse client base. Your expertise in HR management, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients' HR functions.

Job Descriptions:

  • Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to clients encompassing a wide range of areas such as executive compensation practices, board advisory, HR strategy, performance management, organizational design, and workforce diagnostics. This includes designing and developing frameworks and solutions to address client challenges.
  • Develop and ensure infrastructure of HR policy, processes, and systems to meet client's business objectives and requirements.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Advise clients on best practices for employee relations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing (added advantage), benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems and assist client to conduct the performance reviews, provide feedback to employees, and complete end-to-end processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university.
  • Possess minimum 6 years of experience in HR Management Consulting, preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or related role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and familiar with Cloud HR related technologies and the trends of the Cloud HR.
  • Gathering, analyzing, defining business requirements and identifying optimization opportunities for cross domain HR processes.
  • Leading and coaching teams through business or proposal development and pursuits.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities within tight time constraints.
