- Assist in the preparation and organization of F&B documentation, including inventory reports, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
- Support the team in maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Help with data entry, record-keeping, and filing for F&B projects and operations.
- Assist with communication and coordination between the F&B department and other departments.
- Provide administrative support in organizing events, promotions, and team activities.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Normal office hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
