  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • To be based in Denai Alam, Selangor. (Contracts Manager, Asssitant Contracts Manager, Senior QS, QS)
  • To be based in Inanam, Sabah office.(Senior QS & QS)
  • Responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution and management of the construction contract (Pre- & Post- contract) including tender, estimation, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
  • As key person to liaise with sub-contractors and consultants, sourcing and calling for quotation for comparison purpose.
  • Responsible for collecting, filtering, reviewing, evaluating, transmitting, archiving and tracking project information.
  • To review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and contractual requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving contract-related communications, disputes, and claims with financial implications with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement cost-control measures to mitigate financial risks and ensure project profitability.
  • Preparation of progress claims to be approved by Management, and follow up on certification and payment status.
  • Work closely with the project managers, construction team, consultants, clients and sub-contractors.
  • Review Variation Orders prepared by the Consultants and administer post-contract work by following up with Consultants on payment certificates

Requirements:

  • Professional Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/ Building or other related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 Year experience in the related field, preferably in Civil & Building works.
  • Well versed in budget monitoring and post contract administration or tender and pre contract administration.
  • Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical and organization skills and result oriented.
  • Fresh graduates / Contract Executive / Senior Contracts Executive with positive attitude, willingness to learn, analytical and extremely thorough in details are encouraged to apply.
