Job Requirements:

  • To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer and dismissal procedures.
  • Check employee attendance, leave records and manage overall staff personnel files.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
  • Responsible for company administration work.
  • Organize team building activities, festivals, and annual dinner, etc.
  • To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in human resources and administration.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (daily communication using mandarin).
  • Well Verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
  • Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Strong recruitment ability and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Possess good knowledge of foreign workers recruitment process and permit renewal.
