Job Requirements:
- To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.
- Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer and dismissal procedures.
- Check employee attendance, leave records and manage overall staff personnel files.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
- Responsible for company administration work.
- Organize team building activities, festivals, and annual dinner, etc.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in human resources and administration.
- Good communication skills both written and oral: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (daily communication using mandarin).
- Well Verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
- Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Strong recruitment ability and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Possess good knowledge of foreign workers recruitment process and permit renewal.
