Evalink is actively seeking a Support Engineer to join our dynamic and continually expanding team. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our broad range of customers, focusing on issue resolution for software, hardware and other tech products and a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities and duties
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers to ensure top-tier customer experience.
- Address and efficiently resolve issues related to our software, hardware and tech products.
- Use troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and remedy technical problems reported by customers.
- Record and track issue resolution processes for future reference and training.
- Interact with Engineering teams to seek assistance or guidance when necessary.
- Present timely responses and effective resolution to customer queries, embracing Evalink dedication to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in various software, hardware and tech products.
- Demonstrable proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills, paired with a customer-centric attitude.
- Fluent in CSS, HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
- Fluent in reading and writing Mandarin, English and Malay.
