The QAQC Manager is responsible for the leadership, strategy and implementation of the company’s Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Maintenance and Post Defect Liability Period (DLP) team and processes.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

  • Continuously develop, implement and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
  • Ensure the Company’s Quality Policy and Key Performance Indicators are communicated, understood and adhered to throughout the Company.
  • To act as Management Representative and to interact with clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders ensuring compliance, approvals and resolutions of project quality plans, inspection / test plans and complaints / deficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and development of team to cultivate high performance, engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in large scale projects related in construction.
  • Track record of leading a team.
