  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and compare supplier quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand farm requirements and ensure procurement aligns and meet with farm schedules.
  • Manage the procurement budget and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies relevant to transmission and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports, documentation, and invoices.
  • Verify Purchase Requisition Forms and purchase invoices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services with minimal disruption to farm.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences, preferably in purchasing environment.
  • Ability to provide solutions and analyze day to day purchasing order trend.
  • Has good networking with supplier.
