  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

1. To coordinate with Managers or Executives to execute all EWOs generated (Defect, Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance).

2. To coordinate the availability of spare parts for all plant equipment in the engineering store and conduct spare parts inventory audit minimum twice a year.

3. To validate and coordinate with the Maintenance Managers of all relevant inspections in compliance to the regulatory and statutory requirement shall be conducted on stipulated duration. Inspection record/log book certificates shall be kept, update and made available upon request.

4. To update and validate in compliance to the plant and portable equipment calibration requirement on yearly basis. Calibration shall be made available upon request.

5. To ensure the completion of all EWOs time confirmations, PR, MIRO, MIGO closing on monthly basis.

6. To liaise with Procurement Department on material and spare parts requirement, follow up and updating managers, executive on order status.

7. To maintain high safety and house-keeping standards in the Mechanical Department in order to reduce risks to personnel and equipment and ensure subordinates and contractor adherence.

8. To upkeep and validate all engineering report and documents for fulfillment of relevant standards and audit.

9. To coordinate engineering meeting.

Job requirement:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or Manufacturing Engineering.
