Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. Talent Development:
• Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
3. Expatriate Management:
• Manage end-to-end expatriate employment pass application.
• Oversee expatriate onboarding, relocation, and integration processes.
4. Performance Management Systems (PMS):
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Audit Responsibilities:
• Participate in internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and attract top talent.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Payroll knowledge and experience in payroll processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
