Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Talent Development:

4. Performance Management Systems (PMS):

• Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Audit Responsibilities:
• Participate in internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the ICT industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and attract top talent.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Payroll knowledge and experience in payroll processes will be an added advantage.
