Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Create and update training materials, including product presentations, point-of-sale material, sale pitching deck, verbalisation, e-learning materials, and online quizzes, tailored to various audiences.
  • Product Knowledge Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate all stakeholders on product features, benefits, and best practices.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and post-training evaluations, and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Scientific & Technical Support: Provide ongoing product support to clients and internal teams, that includes handling objections and common FAQs.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and product performance. Maintain up-to-date training records and resource libraries.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to enhance training programs.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product marketing team to contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Also, not limit to using available digital and trade marketing tool to achieve product training goals.
  • Key Account Supports & Time-to-time Field Visit : Maintain strong relationships and provide on-site support for key accounts, including floor staff product briefing & demonstrations as well as other promotional activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, designers and sales teams to stay updated on product enhancements and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends, and apply insights to both training and marketing strategies.
  • Other Ad-hoc marketing tasks : Provide on-site support for events, including new launches, product demonstrations, health talks, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any health sciences or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in product training within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Working experiences in or dealing with retail pharmacies is a plus.
  • This role involves bi-weekly outstation travelling. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
