Job Description
- Oversees a team of analyst in the enterprise-wide monitoring and analysis of expenses.
- Assesses the effectiveness of current expense management policies.
- Proposes policy modifications and improvements to senior leadership.
- Directs planning, budgeting, and accounting for business/strategic support units, while providing expense reporting and analysis to leadership.
- Ensures governance over financial operations and the consistent delivery of accurate financial data and analysis across business/strategic support units.
- Conducts financial analyses to identify industry and marketplace expense trends.
- Collaborates with leadership to implement updates to expense policies.
- Minimum Degree in Finance and Accounting and 12 or more years of experience in the Financial Analysis area and Reporting area
- Preferably Qualifed Accountant who have experience in the Insurance industry
- Experience managing business models that align with budgets and company disbursements
- Good in analyzing risk and performance of the business
- Experience with policy and compliance regulations, ISO standards and federal edicts
- Experience managing fiscal tools, models, reports and reviewing, analyzing budgets and performing financial analysis
- Strong stakeholder mangement experience and leadership material
You will be leading the management of all organizational expenses across various business and strategic support units. Oversees a team of financial analysts responsible for tracking and analyzing expenses on an enterprise-wide scale. Develops and manages corporate financial policies and plans for the organization. A strong forward looking position that potentially moves up to become the next CFO.
