Finance Manager (Commodity Trading)

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, focusing on commodity trading and supply chain management. Your key duties include managing tax planning, financing, treasury management, and risk mitigation for cross-border trade. You will also review financial statements, manage audits, and provide insights for improving financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle accounting for commodity trading and supply chain, ensuring accurate financial management, tax planning, and fund financing. Provide effective recommendations to improve processes.
•Manage treasury functions for both domestic and international trade, overseeing the management of funds and assets.
•Develop funding channels for local and overseas operations and manage risks associated with front-office activities.
•Understand the settlement process for import/export transactions in commodity trading.
•Review and analyze group financial statements to ensure accuracy.
•Lead and manage the entire group's audit process to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the commodity trading sector.
•In-depth knowledge of capital markets, both domestic and international. Strong understanding of exchange rates, interest rates, financial analysis, financial models, and valuation methods.
•Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and team management skills. Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate across
departments and with external stakeholders.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday
