Production Technician (Spraying/Packaging)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the plant to meet process and product specifications.
• Capable to troubleshooting process problems.
• Able to perform duties ranging from raw materials unloading to finished product packaging throughout the plant.
• Understand CCP & OPRP procedures.
• Able to identify the correct packaging material use for production.
• Able to control the panel (reset the alarm, start plant, reset plant and shutdown plant).
• Identify the label is correct and action to be taken if label is not correct.
• To check the bag folding, glue and the weld inner of the goods.
• Assist at the carton box area while running production.
• Know how to take sample during production.
• Ensure that the HACCP system is in compliance with MS 1480 standard.
• Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor the effectiveness of pest control activities, sanitation, general housekeeping & factory cleanliness.
• Represent the superior in executing the task where appropriate.
• Capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.

Additional:

• Willing to work in rotating shift system.

Qualification & Competencies:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the production is required.
• Diploma In Science or a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, eagerness to learn, and time management skills are required.
• Understanding of the modern production environment, including the usage of advanced computer aided manufacturing.
• PC literate and capable with using Microsoft Office software packages.
