Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter

Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Employment: Full time (Perm role)

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's growth plan globally. Reporting to the HRBP Lead and as a member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, assessing, and sourcing both passive and active candidates for positions within your assigned area of responsibility. You will need to ensure that recruited employees have the right operational and/or technical skills and are a strong fit for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the HRBP Lead and business department heads to understand staffing needs across various regions (i.e., APAC, EMEA, AMER).
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  3. Utilize professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and others to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant global recruitment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including proven experience as a recruiter in the IT industry.
  2. Must able speak in mandarin,can speak and write mandarin
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  4. Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Open and enthusiastic about engaging in recruitment projects across diverse geographic regions, including APAC, EMEA, and AMER, with the ability to manage hiring processes and adapt to various regional requirements.
