The Project Sales Senior Executive plays a vital role in generating sales volume by identifying business opportunities in the commercial & residential building projects segment. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong interest in communication and influencing. This role covers the business region of Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), focusing on the GLC Sector.

Sales Process Management:

  • Utilize Sales Funnel methodology to meticulously track the customer journey and sales processes.
  • Conduct regular sales analyses and reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented sales tactics.

Business Development:

  • Foster and cultivate relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers, and Quantity Surveyors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create brand awareness and offer customized solutions to clients based on their business needs.

Lead Management:

  • Conduct diligent follow-ups on prospective customers and leads to nurture them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions proactively.
  • Communicate scheduled sales reports promptly and adhere to organizational standards.

Customer Service and After-sales Support:

  • Analyze and finalize delivery schedules for secured clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales.
  • Good communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability with conducting product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self- motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Role is based in Petaling Jaya.
