  • To manage full spectrum of Human Resource & Administrative functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll, compensation and benefit, and employee related matters, actively involved in day-to-day HR & Admin activities
  • Monitor and assist the payroll team with full set of payroll administration including on-time payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies ( eg. KWSP, PERKESO,LHDN,HRDF) on all statutory requirements
  • Monitor and assist the admin team regarding the government departments on company matters such as inspection by Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan,Jabatan Alam Sekitar and etc.
  • Liaise with agents in sourcing of foreign workers and work with other related parties on matters such as renewal of permits, welfare, and hostel
  • Formulate and prepare company handbook and ensure its compliance with the current Employment Act
  • review existing company policies and SOP pertaining HR and Administration
  • Ensure the entire performance management processes are in order from KPI setting to monitoring of performance year-round, all the way to performance review.
  • Maintain manpower related data and generate analytical reports as and when required
  • Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances, and counselling.
  • Oversee training functions. Partnering with HOD to identify training needs and to determine effectiveness if training
  • Ensure HR & Admin activities are compliant with local employment and industrial rules and regulations at all times
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma/ Degree in Humanities/ Business Administration and/or other relevant qualification in this field.
  • 3 years above experience in HR Management and leading a team of HR personnel.
  • Computer literate, well versed in Microsoft Office application especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable in payroll processing, preferably using HR2000 or ipayroll
  • Possess hands-on experience in HR & Administration functions
  • Preferable with Manufacturing or Sales & Distribution backgrounds
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Good leadership and presentation skills for the HOD meeting purpose.
  • Proven experience with human resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
