Internship - Human Resource

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist recruitment consultant in creating and drafting candidates’ resumes.
• Perform data entry to update and maintain databases and candidate records.
• Assist in creating job openings or job ads on career websites and employment portals.
• Update and maintain databases and systems with accurate candidate information.
• Assist in organizing company events or employee engagement activities.
• To conduct market research to understand market trends.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Mass Communications, Psychology, or any related field.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proactive and eager to learn about various aspects of new knowledge and skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
