Job Descriptions

  • CMO (Stocks Forecast).
  • Coordinating between branches to ensure all branches have sufficient stocks to fulfill customers' orders.
  • Coaching and guidance on Area Branch Managers and Supervisors to ensure they are on top of their tasks to drive the business towards achieving branch target.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling Sales Representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new potential customers opportunities.
  • Project - Penetrate into NEW CHANNELS.
  • Ensure New Products are well distributed.
  • Review on Daily Sales Operation to improve the sales process by ensuring more time to be spent in the trade by sales team at the branches.
  • Review sales daily & weekly with Area Business Manager and Supervisors.
  • Leading branch sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • More field work with Sales Representatives to understand the customers and markets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Monitoring on AP submission, AP fund balance Monitoring and store activities implementation and fund monitoring.

    Requirements
    • Must have experience in FMCG companies, especially in Indonesian companies, will be an advantage.
    • Must have experience min 5 years as Sales Manager or related field.
