Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6-7 years of working experience in the related field
  • Well-versed experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, educate and coordinate a team.
  • Preferably team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Preferably experience in operating process establishment and standardization and system implementation
  • Possess advanced reporting and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and so forth) and eager to learn new skills.
  • Multi-taking, prioritization and time management skill
  • Vacancies have two (2) area, one vacancy is at Batu Pahat Office and another one is at Rembau Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance.
  • Manage overall office and factory administration including overseeing the outsourced security guards.
  • Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
  • Supervise and monitor admin staff’s work, ensuring that they perform tasks efficiently.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for business license renewal/application, maintain staff medical insurance and vehicle insurance / road tax renewal.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team and various departments within the food manufacturing facility.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities. This may involve facilitating meetings, conveying information, and resolving issues that arise.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for management review, regulatory purposes, and internal communication.
  • Assisting in budget planning and monitoring, including tracking expenses, analyzing variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
