Job Description:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Manage the process for renewing or terminating contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure they align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payment requests to the finance department and to monitor and track payment statuses to ensure timely disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of payment transactions, including invoices, receipts, and correspondence.

Job Specifications:

  • Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese, English, and Malay languages is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • Essential skills include strong communication, analytical and time management skills.
