We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Senior Sales Executive (Trading) to help build up our sales of animal feed raw materials in local market. The potential individual is responsible to drive the pursuing of new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

If you have excellent communication skills and keen to travel frequently to meet our existing and potential customers around Perak areas, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural livestock sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to acquire new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor account receivable closely to ensure no bad debt.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ degree in Agriculture, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success in sales.
  • Knowledge of agricultural feed and raw materials is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel frequently to visit local poultry farmers.
