Senior Executive, Corporate Development

Job Descriptions

• To assist in evaluating, structuring and implementation of corporate exercises/ proposals which are relevant to the Group. In relation to those corporate exercises/ proposals, ensure effective implementation
• Construct financial models to evaluate project outcomes under alternative transaction parameters
• Review transaction structure to evaluate all aspects of financial impact to the Group including impact on income statement and capital adequacy position.
• Manage communication and expectation of regulators to facilitate processing of application
• Instruct, monitor and review work done by advisors to ensure it is in line with the terms of the corporate proposal.
• Prepare concept paper on corporate proposal, covering structure, rationale, financial impact, non-financial implication, funding requirement (if any) and implementation
• Prepare documentation for internal corporate action and prepare application to obtain all relevant approvals, including approval of regulatory authorities.
• Attending relevant training program in order to acquire new knowledge, improve skills and widen market contacts.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3 years working experience in related function/ industry
• Experienced in transactional aspects of the corporate proposals undertaken by the Group.
