Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all supply chain activities are conducted efficiently, maintaining the right price, quality, and service levels to meet user expectations.
  • Issue Purchase Orders for both inventory and non-inventory items.
  • Place orders based on market needs.
  • Follow up on all deliveries and manage supplier performance to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Source new perishable and non-perishable products.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory and assist with replenishment and ordering.
  • Support café ordering processes.
  • Source suppliers and negotiate quotations for Purchase Requests from all departments.
  • Manage administrative tasks within the purchasing system, including maintaining the SCM purchasing modules and filing/documentation according to CBTL’s Records Retention Policy.
  • Continuously seek improvements in supply chain processes.
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance skills.


Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience dealing with customs and government authorities (optional).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
