Job Descriptions:
- Issue Invoice, Quotation, Debit Note, Official Receipt, Agreement and Open stock or etc.
- Preparing, organizing, storing and filling information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Keep track of customer payment
- Efficiently report to superior on task given
- Maintain and Update sales and customer records
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Administrative.
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to communicate in English and Malay, Mandarin is advantage
- Possess strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL is advantage)
- Good in communication skills, personality, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
