Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of new materials including meet with suppliers, perform vendor & material evaluation (local & oversea)
  • Issue Purchase Order for the products & services
  • Negotiate procurement contracts and agreements to ensure cost effectiveness and quality standards
  • Liaise and verify with forwarder for all procurement related matter
  • To ensure product ordered safely arrived as per required
  • To monitor payment issuance to supplier from time to time
  • Handle all procurement related issue-such as import duty calculation, filing, record, report
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry and assisting other staff
  • Handle the whole billing process. E.g. prepare DO and invoices
  • Monitor inventory system involves ordering, tracking and controlling stock, up to date stock in & stock out records
  • Any other task assign by the Management / Superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma holder in Procurement or related course
  • At least 2 years of working experiences related field
  • Willing to purchase material / goods by physically visit to the vendors shop / premises
  • Well conversed in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in order to communicate with oversea suppliers.
  • Fast learner and able to multitask.
  • Meticulous and great attention to details.
