  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In this position, you will need to:

  • Provide technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform product demonstration & training.
  • Perform application test.
  • Write concise and accurate service & application reports.
  • Able to communicate effectively with product’s principle to solve machine or process issue.
  • Able to work in machine’s assembly and commissioning and lead automation projects when required.
  • Maintain project pipeline, install base, service case tracking and contract usage.
  • Provide positive service experiences for our customers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Desired skills/ Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Working experience in wafer fab front end is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge in UHV systems used in PVD, CVD, etching process is preferred.
  • Able to read and use electrical drawing for troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in PLC is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in teams.
  • Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Based in Penang, Malaysia with frequent travelling to company’s Johor branch is required. Some travelling around Southeast Asia is expected.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
