MommyDaddy&i is their latest initiative, offering a comprehensive platform for new and expectant parents to access pregnancy-related knowledge, workshops, apps, product reviews and hospital bag.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Cum Admin Marketing Executive The role involves tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience within the organization located in Shah Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Support the organization and coordination of meetings and events.

Marketing Support:

  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote products/services and engage with customers.
  • Assist with market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and vendors to coordinate the supply and distribution of hospital bags.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Office Location: Seksyen 23, Shah Alam

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
