Job Requirements:
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- A responsible and independent person , self-motivated and good time management.
- Any degree or diploma in Account & Finance, Business, administrative or any other related education.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English (Mandarin.speaker will be a prior)
- Team player with a pleasant personality
- Open for few department such as Customer Service, Purchasing and Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and arrange all paper related work and documents
- To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by superior / head of department
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
