Qualifications & Experience:

  • Junior/Senior Executive: Preferably specialized in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Experience Advantage: Coordinating with hauliers, forwarding agents, and dealing with shipping liners is a plus.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-5 years of experience in a related field preferred. Fresh graduates with the right composure and attitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Team Player: Strong team player, customer, and service-oriented.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive, mature thinking, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Good computer proficiency in MS Office.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate shipments, check, and update freight status to customers.
  • Service Promotion: Promote the value of our services and products, enhancing brand image and providing quality logistics solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance the customer's experience.
  • Client Communication: Actively communicate with clients using phone messaging apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and Tracking.
