Responsibilities:-
- Assist with general office administration and operations.
- Assist with HR and payroll-related tasks.
- Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to new employees.
- Handle all matters related to foreign workers, such as permits, FOMEMA, hostel inspections, etc.
- Handle the renewal of company licenses.
- Manage various aspects of office administrative work, including maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationery, etc.
- Arrange company events and activities when necessary.
- Perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least diploma and above.
- Preferred languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
- Preferable 1 year (s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Must possess own transport.
- Full-time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
