Responsibilities:-

  • Assist with general office administration and operations.
  • Assist with HR and payroll-related tasks.
  • Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to new employees.
  • Handle all matters related to foreign workers, such as permits, FOMEMA, hostel inspections, etc.
  • Handle the renewal of company licenses.
  • Manage various aspects of office administrative work, including maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationery, etc.
  • Arrange company events and activities when necessary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by the superior.


Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma and above.
  • Preferred languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Preferable 1 year (s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Full-time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
