Chemical Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

As part of our team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks related to chemical engineering, including but not limited to:

Lab Project :

• Formulating project/trial objectives through proposal review and discussions with management.
• Determining specifications by analyzing product design, customer needs, and performance standards.
• Efficiently planning and allocating resources.
• Monitoring assignment implementation and progress.

Plant Manufacturing Processes Optimization:

• Testing new processes.
• Collecting data for improvements and modifications.
• Supervising plant operations.
• Investigating and resolving plant/process issues.
• Collaborating with project engineers and specialists.
• Monitoring product performance.
• Observing and understanding plant packing, customer inspection, and loading processes.

Report & Analysis:

• Executing trial input and output requirements.
• Performing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and improvement activities during trials.
• Compiling trial data and documentation.

Job Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Sciences or equivalent.
• Internship experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment is added advantages.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to analyze project proposals, technical studies, and data to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing project requirements, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
